– At our face-to-face interview:

– I will review with you all homes that fit your criteria and personally show you the homes you want to visit, and provide prompt answers to any questions that arise.
– I will inform and educate you on each aspect of the home buying process. As needed, I can connect you with reputable mortgage lenders and real estate attorneys.
– I will personally handle negotiations on your behalf, and guide you through the purchase transaction all the way to closing. As a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, I have the professional negotiation training and implement a structured, disciplined approach to negotiations.
